We developed these at our own Research & Development Facilites and these are currently  smaller than the next smallest unit on the market place, simply put, no one else can compete with such technology.This is the only unit that can be purchased off the shelve and does not require a anatomically matched mould to be made of your ear canal because it is so small. Other manufacturers do have units that do not require a mould, but these in reality can be seen quite clearly should someone peer into your ear . The battery compartment alone can be as much as 12-13 millimeters across on these poor devices. Do not accept doctored pics as proof or claimed measurements of such products ot pics showing rather unusually large and hairy ear canals. Proof should be video footage showing a ruler adjacent andalso  the fitting of such a unit in a real ear.is a  must should be shown. Our unit is the only one invisible that cannot be seen. and it contains a mechanical wax removal and cleaning system that allows you to remove any wax by just retracting the sub miniature sleeve at the sound aperture.
